Week 1: PURPOSE

Driving your business from a place of purpose is not only proven to achieve your desired profits but most importantly the alignment with your life that brings true happiness. Giving this attention in week one will allow you to boost your passion and allow you to make really informed decisions about the direction of your life and business moving through the programme and into 2021.
Week 2: MINDSET
Time to work on you - week beginning Monday 11th December
You are your No.1 business asset. As a result any business you create will always be a reflection of how you are connecting with your potential. If you are not prioritising you and ensuring that you are the best version of you every day then you will never realise your true potential and get the results you want in your business.
Week 3: BUSINESS
Building solid foundations - week beginning Monday 18th January
So many entrepreneurs launch and attempt to grow and scale their business without putting in place solid business foundations with robust structures and processes. It may not feel as exciting as the 'doing' bit of business but it is critical to your long-term business success. This is where we get that sorted for good!
Week 4: PERFORMANCE
Adopt high performing habits - week beginning Monday 25th January
Would you describe yourself as a high performer? Most people do many things well but none consistently enough to be high performing. Everyday as it requires deliberate and focused attention to embed high performing habits. Understanding what they are is the first step to improving your performance and your business results.
Week 5: MARKETING
Become the go-to expert - week beginning Monday 1st February
This is a massive area which ranges from exploring logos and brand to getting your business out there in the online social space so you can have the greatest impact! Many feel overwhelmed by all of this and don’t give it the attention it needs but getting clarity here will allow you to better realise your life and business impact.

How will it be delivered?
The programme has a ‘Teach & Coach’ format.
This means that every Monday by 12 noon, teaching material such as video, information sheets, checklists and workbooks will be electronically made available to you to support your learning & development in each of the key business element modules. Note: You are free to download and print any of these documents.
This will be followed on a Thursday at 6pm by a LIVE 2-hour group coaching session via Zoom.
Here you will not only be able to get focused coaching support directly from me to explore your challenges and help you to put your learning into practice, but you will also be able to experience incredible value from the community of entrepreneurs and business owners in the room.

Your Questions Answered

When will the coaching programme begin?
We start with onboard calls the week of 1st to 4th Dec. To allow me to dive into your goals for 2021 and understand your business situation a little more
How many weeks will the programme run for?
Five weeks in total, plus the onboard call before week 1 and the summary call at the end of the programme.
Do I have direct contact with Mary Ann?
Yes, you get my eyes on your business, not just on the onboard coaching call, but also weekly during our coaching calls too.
Do we have a break for Christmas?
Yes we do. I understand that everyone needs to relax over Christmas and it's also a great time to digest the information and plans that we discuss and make on your onboard call and from week 1.
Will I get to meet the other students onboard?
100% you will! There will be a group Facebook group for you all to share your knowledge, experience and learnings with each other. I will also be in the Facebook group supporting you throughout.
Will the weekly ZOOM calls be recorded?
Yes, absolutely! The weekly group calls will be recorded and a link sent to you each week. So, although I do like you to attend each week, don't worry if you have something urgent on and can't make it. You can catch up!
Will you be running this again in 2021?
